If you would like to join our Kardrovi family giving a home to one of our puppies, we are gonna want to get to know you. This Puppy Application contains some questions that we would ask you if you are interested in one of our puppies, you can give us as many details as you like.
We want to ensure our puppies go to the very best family!

Will the dog live indoors? What are your plans to provide the puppy with exercise?
